The Tennessee Tourism Roundtable is a statewide "Association of Associations" uniting the various stakeholders involved in Tennessee's dynamic tourism industry, including the Tennessee Attractions Association, the Tennessee Association of Convention and Visitors Bureaus, the Tennessee Hotel and Lodging Association, and the Tennessee Restaurant Association.  Through its association partners, members, and supporters, TTR represents over 3,000 tourism-related businesses and organizations in Tennessee.

The Tennessee Tourism Roundtable provides a unified voice for the industry in statewide legislative issues.  Its unique position allows TTR to marshal the collective resources of the industry and bring them to bear on state and local governments.  TTR's program of work also includes research activities, communications programs, and continuing education and professional development programs such as the Certified Tennessee Tourism Professional (CTTP) program.

The Tennessee Tourism Roundtable works closely with and supports the activities of the Tennessee Department of Tourist Development in a unified effort to strengthen Tennessee's position as a travel destination of choice, expand the state's travel and tourism industry, and grow the vital economic impact of travel-related expenditures in the state.   The Roundtable partners with the Department of Tourist Development in the planning, production, and execution of the annual Tennessee Governor's Conference on Tourism.
